Automatic Chat Deletion
All conversations with virtual friends are automatically deleted after 4 hours. No chat content is ever retained. This ensures your conversations remain completely private and are never stored or reviewed.
Personal Data Collection
SoulPal App does not collect the following personal data:
- ✓Your real name
- ✓Email address
- ✓Phone number
- ✓Location information
- ✓Chat content or conversation history
Subscription Management
If you choose a paid subscription, subscription information is managed through RevenueCat, a third-party payment platform. RevenueCat handles your payment information according to their privacy policy. SoulPal itself does not store or process your credit card or payment information.
Usage Data
To improve service quality, we may collect anonymous usage data, such as:

- ✓Technical error reports
This data is fully anonymized and cannot be traced to individual users.
